Domaine Allimant-Laugner Cremant d’Alsace – Traditional Method Sparkling Wine

This exquisite Cremant d’Alsace is crafted using the traditional method, the same technique applied in Champagne production. It combines three classic Alsace grape varieties — Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and Pinot Gris — to create a lively, fragrant sparkling wine full of complexity and layers.

When poured, the wine reveals a fine stream of delicate bubbles, complemented by floral notes of white blossoms alongside fresh peach and green apple aromas. The palate offers bright acidity, a medium body, and a gentle mousse from the bubbles, with pear and apricot flavors that linger pleasantly.

Ideal served chilled as an aperitif, this sparkling wine also pairs wonderfully with fresh seafood, crisp summer salads, or spicy Asian dishes.

Domaine Allimant-Laugner was established in 1965 through the union of two prominent Alsace winemaking families, Mariette Allimant and René Laugner. Today, the estate is managed by three generations who carefully nurture 12 hectares of vineyards planted on diverse soils of limestone, granite, and clay, ensuring sustainable practices for future generations.

Cellar up to 5 years. Serve chilled.

Born from the marriage of two leading winemaking families, Domaine Allimant-Laugner’s Cremant d’Alsace Rosé is gaining popularity for its refined style. Made using the traditional method, identical to Champagne production, the Pinot Noir grapes undergo gentle pressing after brief skin contact, imparting the delicate pale pink color.

The must ferments twice, with the secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle, followed by aging on the lees to enhance complexity and body.

Pouring reveals a steady stream of fine bubbles with enticing aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries, and white flowers. On the palate, it displays bright acidity, smooth mousse, and vibrant red berry flavors with a clean, pure finish.

This lively sparkling rosé is a perfect aperitif and pairs beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine or fresh seafood.

Cellar up to 5 years. Serve chilled.

Allram Grauburgunder Pinot Gris wine with orchard fruit, honey, and citrus spice notes

Allram Grauburgunder – Full-Bodied Pinot Gris from Kamptal

The Allram estate, guided by Michaela Haas-Allram and Erich since 1992, is among the Kamptal region’s most respected producers. The family benefits from excellent vineyard sites including premier cru locations like Heiligenstein, Gaisberg, and Renner.

This expressive Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) comes from the Hasel vineyard, a 6-hectare site at 360 meters elevation with chalk, loess, and humus soils. The region’s sunshine and cool nights lock in freshness and ripe fruit character.

Fermentation occurs in 300-litre casks, with 6 months aging on gross lees and 6 months on fine lees, contributing to a creamy, silky texture and added complexity.

The wine is full-bodied with intense aromas of orchard fruit, honey, fresh pastries, and lingering citrus and spice notes.

Cellar up to 8 years. Serve chilled.

Weingut Allram Grüner Veltliner wine with fresh fruit aromas and spicy notes

Weingut Allram Grüner Veltliner – Elegant and Mineral Austrian White

Located in Austria’s Kamptal wine region, the Allram family winery has been producing wines for four generations. Managed today by siblings Lorenz and Magdalena, the estate covers over 30 hectares and is transitioning to organic viticulture.

The Grüner Veltliner grapes come from the premier cru Ried Gaisberg vineyard, planted on steep slopes up to 330 meters altitude. After a brief skin maceration, fermentation proceeds with natural yeasts at controlled temperatures, followed by about 8 months aging on lees in large oak barrels.

This wine shows a clear yellow-green color and an aromatic profile rich in fresh fruit and spicy notes.

On the palate, it offers balanced acidity, mineral and ripe citrus tones, with a powerful yet elegant and juicy character and a long finish. It pairs classically with asparagus but also suits veal dishes.

Cellar up to 15 years. Serve chilled.
