Elegant Expression of Kamptal’s Heiligenstein Vineyard

Allram Riesling – Elegant Expression of Kamptal’s Heiligenstein Vineyard
The Allram family has been crafting outstanding white wines in Austria’s Kamptal region for many years, managing prized vineyards in renowned crus such as Heiligenstein, Gaisberg, and Renner. Since 1992, Michaela Haas-Allram and her husband Erich have been at the helm, continuing the family tradition with a focus on organic and sustainable viticulture.
This refined Riesling showcases the unique character of the Heiligenstein vineyard, planted on ancient sandstone and volcanic soils around 270 million years old. These conditions lend grace and balance, perfectly complementing the rich fruit flavors.
Full-bodied with a strong structure, this intense and luxurious Riesling delivers captivating aromas of white flowers, honey, orchard fruits, pineapple, and zesty citrus. On the palate, it combines refreshing acidity with a creamy texture.
An excellent match for roast chicken, spicy Asian curries, or a selection of mature cheeses.

Bellavista Franciacorta – Luxurious Sparkling Wine from Italy’s Scenic Vineyards
Named for the breathtaking views of its natural amphitheatre setting in Franciacorta’s western zone, Bellavista was founded in the 1970s by Vittorio Moretti. Since 1981, collaboration with young winemaker Mattia Vezzola helped elevate Bellavista to a top Italian sparkling wine producer with over 200 hectares of premium vineyards.
The estate’s volcanic glacier-carved soils provide excellent drainage for the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and a touch of Pinot Blanc grapes used in this wine. Grapes from different parcels undergo separate vinification, with 15% fermented and matured in oak barrels for seven months.
The blend includes reserve wines from up to nine previous vintages. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by two and a half years aging on the lees, resulting in an opulent sparkling wine rich in brioche, fresh pastry, biscuit, tropical and stone fruit aromas.
Cellar up to 7 years. Serve chilled.

Alma Negra Bonarda – Vibrant Red from Argentina’s Mendoza Region
Alma Negra, meaning “Black Soul,” highlights the Bonarda grape’s seductive charm, Argentina’s second most planted grape after Malbec. Founded by fourth-generation winemaker Ernesto Catena, son of renowned enologist Nicolás Catena Zapata, the winery focuses on crafting approachable and delicious wines with a natural, biodynamic approach.
Grapes are sourced from Vistaflores in Mendoza, where high altitude produces ripe fruit with lively flavors. After fermentation, the wine matures for eight months in French and American oak barrels.
This dark and expressive red bursts with ripe cherries, plums, and crushed berries, complemented by a full body, firm tannins, and a long finish with hints of cloves, cinnamon, and dark chocolate.
Cellar up to 7 years. No need to decant. Serve chilled.

Alois Lageder Lowengang Chardonnay – Fresh and Balanced from Trentino Alto Adige
Founded in 1823 and now in its sixth family generation, Alois Lageder winery is renowned for its organic and biodynamic vineyards across 50 hectares in Trentino Alto Adige. Lowengang Chardonnay grapes grow between 250 and 500 meters altitude in areas like Magrè, Cortaccia, Salorno, and Pochi.
The mild climate with sunny summers and pebble-rich soils produces ripe and concentrated grapes. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the wine rests for about four months in steel.
The result is a clear straw-yellow wine with bright green highlights, offering intense aromas of pear, apple, melon, and peach, followed by floral and vanilla hints. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a smooth texture, mineral undertones, and refreshing acidity. The finish is long with citrus and mineral notes.
Perfect as a chilled aperitif or paired with seafood and grilled chicken.
Cellar up to 15 years. No need to decant. Serve chilled.
