Argiano is one of the most prestigious estates

Brunello di Montalcino – Prestige from Argiano Vineyards
Argiano is one of the most prestigious estates in the Montalcino region, with a winemaking tradition spanning over four centuries. Since 2015, the estate has been under the expert care of Bernardino Sani, who continues to uphold its high standards and respect for nature.
The winery follows fully organic practices and became the first in Montalcino to go completely plastic-free in 2019. Their Brunello is crafted from the finest vineyards, some with vines as old as 55 years.
This wine features pronounced notes of woodland berries and rich red fruit, complemented by subtle hints of oak, leather, and a fresh menthol touch. The tannins are smooth yet provide a solid backbone balanced by lively acidity.
This dry vintage has earned multiple awards and pairs wonderfully with hearty game dishes or strong cheeses.

Rosso di Montalcino – Fresh and Structured Sangiovese from Argiano
Argiano has been a cornerstone of the Montalcino region for over four centuries, and since 2015 under Bernardino Sani’s leadership, the estate applies organic and sustainable viticulture.
This Rosso di Montalcino is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, also known as “Jupiter’s blood.” Despite often being called the younger sibling of Brunello, Argiano highlights the unique expression this grape achieves on their terroirs.
The wine offers a complex bouquet of tart raspberries, red cherries, violet, and menthol notes. It is lighter-bodied, with velvety tannins and a soft yet concentrated finish that lingers.
Ideal for immediate enjoyment or short-term aging, it pairs beautifully with pork dishes.

Solengo – A Trailblazing Super Tuscan from Argiano
At the heart of the Argiano estate stands a magnificent villa built in 1596. The winery flourished in the 19th century under the ownership of Lady Ersilia Caetani Lovatelli.
Solengo, the first Super Tuscan from Montalcino, is a complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Sangiovese grown on the estate’s 120-hectare vineyard in the southwestern corner of the region.
The vines are situated at about 300 meters elevation, benefiting from warm sunshine, gentle breezes from the Tyrrhenian Sea, and protection from harsh weather by Mount Amiata. Each variety is fermented separately in cement tanks, followed by around 18 months aging in French barriques.
The result is a rich wine with deep dark fruit flavors and subtle spicy notes, perfect alongside roast red meats or earthy game such as venison and wild boar.

Assyrtiko by Artemis Karamolegos – Volcanic Elegance from Santorini
Artemis Karamolegos is one of Santorini’s most intriguing wineries, managing just over 3 hectares of century-old vineyards across Pyrgos, Megalorchori, Exo Gonia, Akrotiri, and Fira.
The grapes are grown on volcanic soils arranged in amphitheater shapes to shield the vines from strong winds, with sand protecting the roots from erosion and summer heat, ensuring perfect ripening.
The number 34 on the label honors Santorini’s 3,400 years of uninterrupted winemaking tradition. This Assyrtiko offers an intense and elegant aromatic profile with hints of peach, apricot, Mediterranean herbs, and a light mineral touch from the volcanic subsoil.
On the palate, it is round and expressive with fresh citrus and peach notes, finishing with a long mineral aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish ceviche.
