This exquisite vintage Cremant de Limoux is crafted using the traditional method famously employed in Champagne production. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif for casual family gatherings.
The Antech family, with six generations of expertise, currently runs the winery under the leadership of brothers Georges and Roger, alongside Georges’ daughter Francoise, recognized as one of France’s leading female winemakers.
The blend includes Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac, and Pinot Noir grapes. The wine undergoes 18 months of aging on the lees, which enhances its complexity and richness. To balance the vibrant freshness, a delicate dosage of 8 grams per liter is added at disgorgement.
On the nose, this sparkling wine offers subtle aromas of lemon zest, crushed red berries, and rose petals. The palate delights with a smooth, persistent mousse and bright citrus flavors.

Located in southern France’s Languedoc region, the winery specializes in Cremant and Blanquette de Limoux. The Cuvee Heritage is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, with smaller amounts of Mauzac and Pinot Noir adding complexity.
Upon pouring, you’ll notice fine bubbles and delicate aromas of peach, pear, and white flowers. The palate is fresh with bright acidity, smooth bubbles, and lingering notes of citrus zest, baked apple, and honey.

Antica Fratta Brut – Artisan Franciacorta Sparkling from Northern Italy
Founded in the mid-1800s by Luigi Rossetti, who was inspired by the picturesque Monticelli Brusati, Antica Fratta winery features unique underground cellars shaped like a Greek cross, stretching 1.7 kilometers.
Acquired in 1979 by Franco Ziliani’s family, famous for Franciacorta wines, Antica Fratta specializes in traditional method sparkling wines made in small batches.
The Brut primarily uses hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes, complemented by a smaller portion of Pinot Noir, sourced from the Franciacorta DOCG heartland. After secondary fermentation, the wine ages on lees for 24 months in ideal cellar conditions with steady 16°C temperature and 60-70% humidity.
A low dosage of 7 grams per liter provides a subtle sweetness. The wine features fine bubbles with attractive citrus and stone fruit aromas, making it an excellent aperitif or companion to seafood, salads, and fish dishes. Serve chilled.

Antica Fratta Franciacorta Rosé – Elegant Sparkling Wine from Monticelli Brusati
Inspired by the beauty of Monticelli Brusati, Luigi Rossetti founded Antica Fratta in the 19th century, converting a farmhouse and carving distinctive Greek cross-shaped cellars.
Since 1979, under Franco Ziliani’s ownership, the winery crafts artisanal Franciacorta in small batches using traditional methods. This Rosé is produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on 30-year-old estate vines.
The must ferments in stainless steel tanks, followed by 30 months aging on lees, which enriches its complexity and character. After bottling, the wine ages an additional six months in the naturally cool and humid cellars.
The result is an elegant sparkling wine with delicate bubbles and aromas of citrus, honeysuckle, and green apples. Serve chilled to fully enjoy its graceful expression.
