Exceptional Wines to Savor and Cellar

689 Cellars Chardonnay

689 Cellars Chardonnay – A Touch of Asian Luck

Inspired by the auspicious numbers in Chinese culture, 689 Cellars has crafted a Chardonnay that reflects energy, prosperity, and longevity. Sourced from Sonoma’s Russian River Valley, Napa’s Carneros, and Monterey County, the grapes for this cuvée thrive in the ideal growing conditions of California’s best Chardonnay regions.

Once in the winery, the grapes are carefully sorted, fermented, and aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. This imparts a creamy texture, with hints of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak blending with the intense tropical and stone fruit notes of the Chardonnay. A delightful wine to share with family and friends, especially paired with a big platter of cheeses, summer salads, or roasted chicken. This wine can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for up to 7 years.

The Hype Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

The Hype Napa Cabernet Sauvignon – A Burst of Bold Flavors

Created by the visionary minds of Curtis McBride and Kent Rasmussen, The Hype is a premium Cabernet Sauvignon blended with a small amount of Malbec, sourced from Napa, Sonoma, Lodi, and Paso Robles. This deep, brilliant wine boasts rich aromas of red and dark fruit jam—cassis, blackberry, plums, and black cherries—followed by floral tones of violet and hints of tobacco.

On the palate, The Hype is rich and harmonious, with intense dark fruit flavors and velvety tannins. Full-bodied, with a persistent finish, it’s the perfect match for barbecued meats and lamb. Decant for 1.5 hours before serving, and this wine will develop even greater complexity. Cellar for up to 10 years.

Campo Inferi Amarone

Campo Inferi Amarone – A Masterpiece of Complexity

Campo Inferi Amarone is a true labor of love, made by the Brunelli family in Valpolicella, using the indigenous Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes. These grapes are dried over winter, concentrating their flavors before being fermented and aged in large oak casks for 48 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.

The wine exudes aromas of dark chocolate, raisins, roasted coffee beans, and dried herbs, with a palate dominated by crushed redcurrants, plums, and cherry liqueur. Full-bodied with a sumptuous mouthfeel, it reveals endless layers of complexity. This Amarone is perfect for an elegant dinner with hearty meat dishes like prime steak, beef goulash, or guinea fowl with truffles. Decant for 2 hours before serving and cellar for up to 15 years.

Campo del Titari Amarone

Campo del Titari Amarone – Traditional Craft Meets Rich Flavors

Campo del Titari Amarone is a bold and characterful wine made with local Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta varieties. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and dried over the winter to intensify their flavors. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large oak casks for 48 months, adding a spicy complexity.

On the nose, it offers fragrant hints of smoky tobacco, cacao, vanilla, and dried fruit, while the palate is smooth, well-rounded, and balanced with fresh, ripe berry flavors. Decant for at least 2 hours before serving to fully appreciate its delicate nuances. Ideal for pairing with hearty Italian dishes, Campo del Titari Amarone can be cellared for up to 10 years.
