Serbian Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Blend

Aleksandrovic Regent Reserve – Serbian Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Blend
The Aleksandrovic family winery is nestled in Serbia’s Sumadija region, often called the Tuscany of Serbia due to its picturesque hills and rich winemaking heritage. The estate spans approximately 75 hectares, cultivating both indigenous and international grapes with traditional methods and low yields aimed at high-quality wine production.
The Regent Reserve is an even blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, hand-harvested from estate vineyards. Fermentation occurs in barrels within a modern cellar established in 2000, followed by two years of barrel aging.
This wine displays a deep color with dark red and purple hues. Its aroma is intense, bursting with plum, blueberry, and dark berry notes complemented by subtle cocoa and vanilla undertones.
On the palate, the Regent Reserve is full-bodied and balanced, featuring fine, well-integrated tannins alongside refreshing acidity and a lengthy, fruity finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game stews, herb-roasted lamb, and aged cheeses.

Aleksandrovic Rodoslov Grand Reserve – Complex Blend of Cabernet Varieties
Aleksandrovic winery, rooted in a long winemaking tradition on the Oplenac hill in Sumadija, covers around 75 hectares of vineyards ideal for producing quality wines. The Rodoslov Grand Reserve blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc from carefully selected parcels.
Each grape variety undergoes separate vinification and aging: Cabernet Sauvignon benefits from extended maceration and ages in new French oak barriques, while Merlot and Cabernet Franc mature in large barrels. The wine is then assembled and further refined in bottle.
It shows a deep color with dark red tones and purple highlights. Aromas are broad and intense, combining cherry, blackberry, and plum with spicy, woody hints and nuances of tobacco leaves.
The palate is complex, juicy, and full-bodied with balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins. This wine complements red wine stews, venison in chocolate sauce, and goat meat excellently.

Aleksandrovic Trijumf – Historic White Blend with Sauvignon Blanc Dominance
With a winemaking heritage dating back to the early 1900s, the Aleksandrovic family revived the Trijumf blend in 1992. The wine combines mainly Sauvignon Blanc with smaller portions of Pinot Blanc and Riesling, sourced from the Oplenac vineyards in the Šumadija-Great Moravia region.
The grapes grow at altitudes of 250 to 350 meters on south and southeast-facing slopes. After manual harvest, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, and the wine rests for about six months in steel to preserve freshness.
Trijumf shows an olive-yellow color with light green reflections. Aromas are intensely fruity with gooseberry, tropical fruits, grapefruit, jasmine flowers, and subtle herbal notes.
It offers a creamy texture, elegant character, balanced minerality, and a refreshing acidity. Perfectly matched with seafood, fish, and especially lemon chicken.

Alexana Winery Terroir Series Pinot Noir – Elegant Oregon Pinot Noir Blend
Founded by Dr. Madaiah Revana in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Alexana Winery spans 80 acres with diverse soils and terrain. Named after Dr. Revana’s daughter Alexandra, the estate features a modern, sustainable gravity-flow cellar.
The Terroir Series Pinot Noir blends clones from several parcels across the Willamette Valley, including young Revana vineyards in Dundee Hills as well as sites in Yamhill-Carlton, Eola-Amity, Chehalem Mountains, and McMinnville. Each parcel ferments separately before aging 11 months in French oak barrels, about 25% new.
The wine displays a clear ruby color with bright tones and a fragrant aroma of wild cherry, berries, violet, and spice atop an earthy base.
On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and expressive with medium body and a soft, lingering finish evoking cherry and forest floor. Ideal alongside roasted portobello mushrooms, mushroom risotto, and roast duck.
